We understand that our customers needs and circumstances can change. However, we currently do not offer the option to pause subscriptions. Once a subscription is active, it continues until the end of the term for which it was purchased.
Continuous Access: Your subscription remains active, ensuring uninterrupted access to our services or products.
No Pause Option: We are unable to suspend subscriptions temporarily.
While pausing is not an option, we offer a few alternatives:
Adjusting Your Plan: Depending on your current plan, you might be able to switch to a more suitable option.
Cancellation Policy: If you no longer require our services, you can cancel your subscription. Please refer to our dashboard for more details.
Re-subscribing: If you choose to cancel, you can always re-subscribe when you're ready to return.
