Is it possible pause my account?

This article deals with the topic of whether you can pause your subscription and what other methods there are instead of pausing.

We understand that our customers needs and circumstances can change. However, we currently do not offer the option to pause subscriptions. Once a subscription is active, it continues until the end of the term for which it was purchased.

What This Means for You

  • Continuous Access: Your subscription remains active, ensuring uninterrupted access to our services or products.

  • No Pause Option: We are unable to suspend subscriptions temporarily.

Alternatives to Consider

While pausing is not an option, we offer a few alternatives:

  1. Adjusting Your Plan: Depending on your current plan, you might be able to switch to a more suitable option.

  2. Cancellation Policy: If you no longer require our services, you can cancel your subscription. Please refer to our dashboard for more details.

  3. Re-subscribing: If you choose to cancel, you can always re-subscribe when you're ready to return.
