How can I change my payment method?

We'll show you how you can view into your current plan and change your payment method at ProfitPath.

Change your payment method with ease

Changing your current payment method is a straightforward process in the ProfitPath dashboard. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you update your information quickly and efficiently.

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

Step 2: Profile Access

  • Profile Picture: Click on your profile picture located in the top right corner of the dashboard.

Step 3: Navigate to Subscription Settings

Step 4: Enter the Customer Portal

  • Stripe Customer Portal: Once in the Subscription section, open the customer portal via Stripe to access your billing information.

Step 5: Update Information

  • Editing Details: In the customer portal, click on pen next to your old creditcard to proceed with changing your payment method.

Step 6: Save Your New Information

  • Finalize Changes: Enter your new payment details. Once you have updated the information, make sure to save it to successfully update your payment method.
